Dorchester County Department of Social Services to request permission to use the City-owned lot on the corner of Race and Cedar Streets for their 1st Annual Family Fun Fest on Saturday, October 24, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., use of the electrical outlets, and a variance from the noise ordinance
