3. SUBJECT: Request from Keith Graffius, Crabi Gras, for: Permission to hold his 5th Annual Crawfish Boil and Muskrat Stew Fest in Cannery Way, on Sunday, February 28, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.; A variance from the noise ordinance from 12 noon until 6 p.m.; Use of City trash receptacles

4. An Ordinance of the Commissioners of Cambridge, Maryland, to Amend Section 9.2 of the City's Unified Development Code to Include Definitions as They Pertain to Seasonal Activities, Kennel/Cattery and Warehousing.

5. An Ordinance of the Commissioners of Cambridge, Maryland, to Amend Section 4.2 of the City's Unified Development Code to Alphabetize and Coordinate the Land Use Tables with the Text Portion of the Unified Development Code (UDC)
