HPC #2016-001 304 Gay St.: Audrey Howard requests approval to install a 6’ tall, white vinyl privacy fence in the rear yard that will feature repeating 8’ wide panels, and a lattice design around the top of the fence. Ms. Howard also requests approval to repair the existing chain link fence on the side of the property by replacing the existing wooden strips, installing white vinyl strips, and spray painting the fence.

Administratively Approved/Routine Maintenance:

HPC AA 2015-013: Jonathan Wemple was approved to remove two small bushes, which were dying, and growing against the foundation from the rear-side yard of the property.

HPC AA 2015-014: George Vojtech was approved to replace the damaged three tab roof, of the garage on the property, in kind.
