HPC #45 FY 15-16, 206 Glenburn Ave: Tom Knapp requests an amendment to his CoA #45 FY 14-15 to allow the replacement on two small windows on the second story of the front façade.
HPC #11 FY 14-15, 127 Vue de Leau St.: Ken Hine requests a second extension to his CoA #11 FY 14-15.
HPC #2016-002, 206 Belvedere Ave: Judd Vickers requests approval to replace and widen 2 existing concrete strips on driveway from road to side steps and to install a gravel or clamshell parking pad for 2 cars between the side steps and the rear of the house.
HPC #2016-003, 1101 Travers St: Luke Loy requests approval to remove and replace the front door with a red fiberglass door, remove the concrete rear entrance steps, remove two existing rear doors and replace them with one small window, and one double hinged patio door, replace the rear aluminum siding with hardie plank, and install a rear 16’x20’ deck made with wood or synthetic materials.
HPC #2016-004, 319 High St: Victor and Linda MacSorley request approval to construct an enclosure for trash receptacles at the rear of the property made of 4x4 treated posts, with 1x4 trim at the top and corrugated, galvanized siding to match the existing enclosure.
HPC #2016-00?, 706 Locust St: Jonathan Wemple requests approval to replace the front and rear doors on the house. The front door replacement will be mahogany with ¾ light and decorative glass to match the existing transom. The rear door replacement will be fiberglass-clad wood with ¾ decorative glass. Mr. Wemple also requests approval to replace broken jalousie windows on the rear porch with vinyl, double-hung windows.
HPC #2016-00?, 525 Poplar St: Thomas Robinson Jr. requests approval to install a frame and sign over the existing signage on the property, replace broken glass panels with similar materials, and to repair a hanging sign on the building.
HPC #2016-00?, 309 Belvedere Ave: Brian Barnes requests approval to replace existing wood railing on front porch with vinyl railing of a similar style and profile.
HPC #2016-00?, 311 Oakley St: David and Marti Tomey request approval to enclose a 5’4” section of the rear porch, eliminate 5 windows, re-locate 2 windows, replace the kitchen and rear doors, and replace with Jeld-wen ¾ glass with built in blinds, remove the rear porch door, review previous decision to keep three windows and review porch railing sample.
511 Race St: The development team will present plans for the rehabilitation of the Hearn Building
314 Willis St: Bob Thompson will present plans for work in the rear of the house including replacing windows, adding steps, removing the rear chimney, and installing a fence
