4. The lack of on-site parking required in the Downtown/Waterfront Development District.

 

Regular Business Text Amendments:

1. Revise Section 4.2 - Firstly to allow administrative review of permitted uses with conditions and secondly to remove Planning Commission review from group homes for the mentally impaired.

2. Revise Section 2.4 to include language regarding nonconforming commercial lots.

3. Revise Section 5.1.1 C. to provide minimum lot size within the Downtown/Waterfront Development District

4. Revise Section 6.5.9 to remove billboards from the Non-Conforming Signs.

5. Revise City Charter Section 12-15 which allows dumping of refuse on property within Cambridge if written permission is obtained from the property owner.
