The City of Cambridge Historic Preservation Commission will conduct a meeting on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at City Council Chambers, 305 Gay Street.  The following items are on the agenda for this meeting:

HPC 2017-002, 824 Locust St: Teresa Lamar requests approval to replace one front door.

Recommendation: approval

HPC 2017-004, 100 Belvedere: Kathleen Bautista requests approval to replace an existing chain-link and wood picket fence with a white vinyl fence.

Recommendation: approval

HPC 2016-026, 310 Mill St: William and Leslie Bishop request approval to replace an existing side door.

Recommendation: approval

HPC 2016-003, 321 Choptank Ave: Purnell Shortall requests approval to re-install four windows in the front and side gables of the house, and to replace the siding in the gables

Recommendation: approval

HPC 2016-033, 302 West End Ave: Nikki Zook requests approval to install skylights, eliminate an existing rear door and to modify the size of one window opening.

Recommendation: pending

HPC 2015-017, 306 Glenburn Ave: Ed Anderson requests approval to enlarge the front landing on the house to accommodate a covered porch for the entryway, enclose the side porch with Anderson windows, replace the existing driveway with concrete, and replace the front walkway with brick or concrete.

Recommendation: approval

HPC 2017-007, 300 West End Ave: Ashley Fluharty requests approval to install a 6’ tall white vinyl privacy fence.
