Jane Devlin, James B. Richardson Foundation, to request permission to hold the 6th Annual Schooner Rendezvous on October 21 -23, 2011 - Use of Long Wharf, free dockage, use of electricity, permission to erect a tent at Long Wharf from Oct. 20 to Oct. 24; additional trash cans; use of barricades; a variance from the noise ordinance at Long Wharf on Friday, Oct. 21 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Saturday, Oct. 22 from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm and Sunday, Oct. 23 from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm; permission to serve beer and wine on Saturday, Oct. 22 from 12 noon to 11:00 pm and Sunday, Oct. 23 from 12 noon until 5:00 pm; and a blanket permit for vendors, and waiver of vendor fees on October 22nd and 23rd at Long Wharf
