Consent Agenda:

HPC# 30-12, 112 High St., Jim and Marianne Benson-replace or add new storm windows on existing home at various locations to match existing storm windows.  Existing windows to remain.

Regular Agenda Items

HPC#22-12, (amendment 1) 310 Glenburn Ave., Donald Gray-replace existing deteriorated wood shutters with vinyl cottage style shutters.

HPC#2-12 (amendment 2), 211 Oakley St., Shawn and Laura Ridgely-replace 5 attic dormer windows; install composite Hardiplank siding on remaining sides of house; install composite trim details around windows & corners to mimic existing profiles, install perforated soffit vents on house; install black slate shingles in interior front face of small front porch gable extension.

HPC# 31-12, 121 West End Ave., Francis Boyle-to remove existing shed and install new 8' by 8' vinyl sided shed in rear yard area (after the fact installation).

HPC# 32-12, 100 Glenburn Ave., Geoffrey & Nancy Barger, (filed by B.A.S. construction)-replace 25 existing windows with vinyl replacement windows (grid patterns and openings to match).

HPC# 33-12, 906 Locust Street., Greg Strong, (filed by Grady Wilson), replace existing 1st and 2nd story windows with vinyl (2 over 2) replacements windows.

HPC#35-11, (amendment 1), 321 High St., Dorchester Center for the Arts,  Timothy F. Crosby, AIA (applicant)-to construct partial improvements and temporary vinyl siding over side and rear entrance over existing one story rear building addition for access to proposed interior banquet facility. (Request to amend COA for revised construction plans).

Administratively Approved/Routine Maintenance:

100 Belvedere Ave., Kathleen McNamara Prahl, replace shingles on garage to match existing shingles on house.  Administrative approval-shingles on main house approved by HPC several months ago.  12-22-11.

817 Locust St., Larry Chitlin, replace asphalt shingles on bay window roofs in front and side of house with cedar shake shingles (in kind replacement to original cedar shake shingles-verified by staff).  Administrative Approval for in-kind replacement.  12-29-11.

114 Glenburn Ave., (Filed by Jim Cheney) repair deteriorated soffit on house. Approved as Routine Maintenance.  1-04-11

303 Gay Street, Dorchester County Library, (filed by Branden Spear); replace existing flat membrane roof system on upper flat portion with in-kind replacement (Duro-last commercial membrane roofing-not visible from street).  Approved as Routine Maintenance.

302 Gay Street, Frank Stout, (filed by Knox Builders); replace 3 tab shingles with in-kind replacement on damaged portions of front porch roof.
