Rosi Travers, Dorchester-Duren Partnership Committee, to request permission to hold Crabtoberfest on Saturday, September 27 from 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm (street closures: 400 block of Race Street, one block of Gay Street between Race and High Streets, and one block of Poplar Street from 2:00 pm until 11:00 pm; Police Department patrol; extra trash containers and a variance from the noise ordinance until 11:00 pm

Representative from Character Counts to request permission to use Great Marsh Park on Friday, May 1, 2015 at noon and Saturday, May 2 until 5:00 pm for their annual fundraiser, Six Pillars Century; and a variance from the noise ordinance

Representative from Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church to request permission to hold their annual Back to School Block party on Saturday, August 23 from 12 noon until 4:00 pm (rain date: Aug. 30); street closure of Skinners Court (facing the church) Clinton Street (facing St. Clair School and the church), the end of Rigby Avenue onto Park Lane; and a variance from the noise ordinance

Ty Banning, Zion Baptist Church, to request permission to hold their Annual Community Day Cookout on Saturday, September 13, 2014 from 12 noon until 5:30 pm; permission to close Cross Street, and a variance from the noise ordinance

Representatives from Council of Concern Youth to request permission to use the City-owned lot at 601 Chesapeake Court to hold their 2nd annual Youth Serving Youth event on Saturday, August 23rd from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

George M. Walish and Ted Kanatas regarding the St Michaels Concours D' Elegance event to be held in September 2014

Lou Hyman, Dorchester Skipjack Committee, Inc. to request permission to hold their annual Choptank Heritage Skipjack Race at Long Wharf on Saturday, September 27 from about 8:00 am until 1:00 pm; waiver of the dockage fee for the boats that tie up along Long Wharf; permission to erect tents in the parking lot; a variance from the noise ordinance; and permission to set off signal canon

 

Brandon Hesson, Cambridge Main Street, to request permission to hold Summer Sendoff on Saturday, September 20th; close 400 block of Race and Gay Street from Poplar to 322 Gay Street (Chesapeake Equipment), from 2 until 11 p.m; variance from the noise ordinance from 5:00 pm until 10 pm; outdoor alcohol sales; Police Department presence; and the use of spare city garbage cans as per previous years.

Stephen Batchelder to request permission to use a portion of High Street (if needed) to extend the Cambridge Wheels Car Show on Sunday, August 10, 2014 (8:00 am until 4:00 pm)
