HPC#15_FY 2014-15, 108 Glenburn Ave., Terry Custis, Robert Leaf (owners)-replace 5 existing single pane six over nine double hung, metal windows with replacement windows in sunroom.

HPC Admin# 9_FY14-15, 218 West End Ave. John Mills, replace shingles on ½ of house roof, shingle to match previous repair work. Administratively approved: August 18th, 2014.
HPC Admin# 10_FY 14-15, 125 Vue De Leau Ave., John and Leah Singelstad, repairs to front porch-repair damaged areas with in-kind replacement materials. Administratively approved August 20, 2014.
HPC Admin# 11_FY14-15, 410 Race St. Leslie Grove (applicant)-request for temporary "grand opening" poster sign (former Joie De Vivre business sign location). Administratively approved Sept. 9th, 2014.
HPC Admin#12_Fy14-15, 900 Locust St., Helen Salisbury (owner); BAS Construction (applicant)-replace flat bitumen roof with like kind roofing material. Not visible from the street. Administratively approved, Sept. 11th, 2014.
