Water Bill 

• Pay your Water Bill Online or by phone at 1-888-673-6829
• Please note, there will be a failed transaction fee of $75. 
• Contact Cambridge Utilities at 410-228-5440 to get your PIN number.
• Payments made online take at least 24 hours to process.

The City Hall "payment window" is open from 8:30am - 4:00pm with a lunch break from 12:30pm - 1:30pm.

Customers can use the "Dropbox" for off-hour payments. The "Dropbox" is located at the Muir Street Entrance of City Hall.
