The Cambridge Municipal Yacht Basin is located on the beautiful Choptank River near the mouth of the Cambridge Creek.

With a maximum depth of 13 feet we are an ideal stop for boats large and small.

Whether you are out for a day trip on a 20 feet boat or on a weekly excursion on a large 200 feet luxury yacht, we can accommodate you during your stay in historical Cambridge, MD.

Gerry Boyle Park at Great Marsh - Park Rules

Great Marsh Park offers a boat launch, fishing piers, a playground and picnic tables.

Sailwinds Park

Dorchester County's Sailwinds Park offers incredible views of the Choptank River, a playground and is home to the Dorchester County Tourism Center.

Boat Launches

The City of Cambridge offers three public boat launches: Franklin Street, Trenton Street and Great Marsh Park.

Fishing

A variety of fishing piers and parks are available throughout the city including Great Marsh Park.

Enjoy fishing at Long Wharf Park and Marina, the only spot where no fishing license is required.
