[ARCHIVED] Radio Chesapeake To Teach Citizen Journalism

Radio Chesapeake will host a one-day course in citizen journalism on Saturday, Dec. 6th at 10 AM – 12 PM that shows you the essentials of reporting, recording and editing tracks for community radio or podcasting. This is hands-on experience for those curious about how to do reports on their community.

You will hear how to:
- use direct approach for interviewing
- edit audio for broadcast or streaming
- ask strong questions
- produce professional-quality audio
- apply the core techniques used at Radio Chesapeake

Open to adults and current high school students, this course takes place at the Chesapeake College Cambridge Center on Race Street on Saturday, Dec. 6th at 10 AM – 12 PM. Software and computers are provided. Instructors will provide direct guidance throughout. No experience required! This is your chance to see how it's done.
