The City of Cambridge was recently recognized by the Maryland Energy Administration for efforts to expand both energy efficiency and renewable energy to support the administration’s mission to promote affordable, reliable and cleaner energy for the benefit of all Marylanders.
The city was recognized for its efforts to retrofit downtown lighting with energy-efficient L.E.D. fixtures, as well as the installation of solar panels on the Public Safety Building.
