Application for a Special Event License

    You may need to be approved for a variance from the noise ordinance,

  18. Will you need 'No Parking' signs posted?*

    Cambridge Police Department will post 'No Parking' signs on public parking spaces prior to your event.

  21. Electronic Signature Agreement

    Events Require the following and may not be approved if they do not comply:

    1. Applications should be received 90 days before the event.
    2. If there are conflicting events on the same day, the city may not approve all events.
    3. Impacted businesses on a street closure should be notified  before the event is approved. Failing to notify impacted businesses could prevent approval.
    4. the Applicant is required to provide to the City Manager a certificate of insurance covering the event/festival that names the City as an additional insured and indemnifies and holds the City harmless.

    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that:

    1. your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 
    2. by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 
    3. you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
